Hello, we are looking for expertise in integration, development and customization for 2 Joomla based sites.  Your team must have experience in Joomla customization and integration with at least 10 Joomla sites developed. 

We have 2 websites that need to be integrated.

Here is some of the work that needs to be done for each site and collectively; this includes modules and extensions integration onto the sites:

• Community Builder: Member profile with pictures
• Ecommerce solution – payment on line from calendar of events and classes, monthly membership, products, etc.
• Map for events
• Reservation of attending events
• Picture & Multimedia gallery with streaming solution
• Chat room, forum & shoutbox

HealthyYogaLiving (HYL site): 

• Community Builder: Member profile with pictures
• Ecommerce solution – payment on line from calendar of events and classes, monthly membership, products, etc
• Information portal for Healthy living – Education, magazine & library type of site with ecommerce, so any modules that will help out with this purpose in mind
• Glossary & Dictionary
• Calendar & events listing
• Classified ads

• Community Builder: Member profile with pictures – who accept getting added to both sites
• Ecommerce solution – payment on line from calendar of events and classes, monthly membership, products, etc
• Multi-lingual support
• Help desk
• Affiliate program
• Database integration between the 2 sites
• Site Map
• Donations
• Admin tools – file & database management, backup, Statistics & reporting
• Search Engine Friendly (SEO)
• Guest Book
• Mailing list & Newsletter
• Daily maintenance for both sites (to be priced out separately form project scope). Tasks include continuous site development, graphics, new pages and content, web site tech support.

We understand that there are many modules and extension that can be integrated into Joomla.  We would like to use only the tools that are best, most reliable & scalable.  Our goal is to integrate these tools so there is a seamless transparency between both sites, but each site has its own identity (customized template & interface will be required as well).

All of the work listed above is the requirements so far; however suggestions for integrating other functionality would be appreciated and may also be incorporated into the project scope.  We will have to prioritize tasks and break down the requirements into various milestones.

• Company information and contacts, # of employees and their area of expertise (we do not need employee details, just the skill set of team member)
• Completed projects & links to them (they must be current sites)
• All modules and extensions to be used, a scheduled break down prioritizing each component and the time involved in integrating them (project schedule)
• Project start date and completion date, with mile stones for components
• Project budget and Costs (include currency type).  This can be on an hourly basis or priced by the whole project, please include hourly rate and payment expectation based on completed milestones.
• Proposal for support, daily maintenance and new content management based on a monthly fee & amount of work provided.
• If you are willing to partner with us, there is another 10 more websites to be done over the next year and possibly more.  What partnership arrangement do you propose so it’s a win-win situation for everyone?  Our goal is to create a partnership and outsource all development work.
