This course will start in the first week of August 2009 and last 4 weeks.
Classes are every Sunday afternoon from 2pm to 6pm (exact time to be determined).
Location: Downtown Toronto, On. 

This course is for Singles Yoga members and will be limited to Min 14 Max 20 students.  The course introduces yoga practice in a slow, safe and comprehensive manner. A smaller class size allows for more individual attention, assistance, and questions. It is designed for members who have little or no experience, or students looking to reconnect with the fundamentals.   Since many of the other students are new to Yoga, we hope to create a fun, social atmosphere where you can learn about Yoga and Healthy Living, make new friends and set your goals. 

Each class is about 2 hours long and includes the following:
• 15 minutes of greetings, speaking with the instructor and other members.
• 75 minute Yoga Class for Beginners
• 15 minutes of discussion about the class, what you learned and how you feel, weekly goal setting exercise and time to make new friends

Since this group and class will be consistent over the 4 week course, we encourage you to make new friends during the time.  Feel free to go out as a group for coffee, drinks or a healthy meal after class.  The instructor will be available for 2 hours during the class, please use them as a mentor and source of knowledge about Yoga, ask questions and learn from them. 

Pre-registered Course Cost is $ 70 including taxes.
Drop in class is $25 each, or $20 if you register online with a $5.00 off coupon (Code SY001).
