Our goal is to help introduce the world of Healthy Living and Yoga to singles. We hope to provide a relaxed atmosphere where singles can meet, greet and yoga together. The events last about 2 hours and includes an hour of Beginners Yoga. The rest of the time will be spent meeting other singles, learning about ourselves, Yoga, Healthy Living and how we can make changes in our daily lives to attain our personal and physical goals.

We are committed to building a professional community for singles who are into health and wellness and meeting like minded people. From time to time, special guests and industry leaders will come out and share their wealth of knowledge.
